01 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or free spin values credited to a Player's account as part of a ji77 promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer, the identity and age verification process required by ji77 before a Player is permitted to make real-money deposits, play, or request withdrawals.
• "NID" — refers to the Bangladesh National Identity Card, which is the primary document accepted by ji77 for KYC age and identity verification.
• "BDT" / "৳" — refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all ji77 transactions are denominated.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute, regulation, or guideline includes all amendments and successors to that instrument.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The ji77 platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the ji77 platform. ji77 enforces this age restriction through mandatory NID-based KYC verification. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all Bonus Funds will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method used, minus any amounts already wagered.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ji77 platform is designed and operated to serve players physically located in Bangladesh. By registering an account, you confirm that you are accessing the ji77 platform from within Bangladesh and that accessing online gaming services is not prohibited by any law applicable to your specific circumstances. ji77 makes no representation that its services are lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold one and only one ji77 account. Registering multiple accounts using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual, ji77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated Bonus Funds, and withhold any winnings derived from Bonus Funds pending a full investigation.

2.4 Registration Accuracy

03 KYC Verification Requirements

3.1 Mandatory Verification

Completion of ji77's KYC verification process is a mandatory prerequisite before a Player may make real-money deposits, access real-money casino games or sports betting markets, or request a withdrawal. The KYC process requires submission of a clear, legible copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — both front and back — along with a selfie photograph taken at the time of submission for liveness verification.

3.3 Verification Timeframes

Standard KYC review is completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. 3.4 Right to Refuse or Delay Withdrawals

ji77 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal request where KYC verification is incomplete, where the information provided does not match the documents submitted, where suspicious account activity has been flagged, or where an anti-money laundering review is in progress. ji77 will communicate the reason for any such delay to the Player via the registered email address on the account.

04 Account Security and Responsibilities

4.1 Password and Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ji77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued via SMS. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ji77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in your account security settings.

4.2 Liability for Unauthorised Access

Any activity carried out through your ji77 account — whether conducted by you or any other person who obtains access to your credentials — is your responsibility. ji77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials. 4.3 Account Sharing Prohibition

Ji77 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Allowing any other person to access, operate, or place bets through your ji77 account is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant where no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ji77 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified by email at least 30 days before any dormancy fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for 24 consecutive months may be closed.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ji77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ji77 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment processors not listed on the Payments page of the ji77 platform.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 per transaction
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ji77 account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1 to 3 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business hours for accounts with fully completed KYC verification. Processing times may be extended during scheduled maintenance windows or peak usage periods such as BPL and IPL match days.

5.4 Payment Method Matching

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. ji77 does not process withdrawals to a bKash number, Nagad number, or bank card that was not used to fund the account. This measure is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering and is applied without exception.

5.5 Currency and Fees

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ji77 does not charge currency conversion fees. Your payment service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card issuer) may apply their own standard transaction fees; ji77 has no control over and accepts no liability for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and any other promotional incentives offered by ji77 are subject to specific terms that are published in full on the applicable promotion page. By claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus amounts credited to a ji77 account must be wagered a minimum number of times before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game list, contribution percentages by game type, and expiry date are specified on the promotion page. Bets placed on games with a contribution percentage of 0% will not count toward wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ji77 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Practices including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies to clear wagering requirements, collusion between accounts to exploit referral bonuses, use of automated software to meet wagering conditions, and repeated pattern betting designed to minimise risk while clearing bonus wagering — are all classified as bonus abuse. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have associated Bonus Funds and derived winnings voided, and may be permanently closed.

6.4 Promotion Eligibility

ji77 reserves the right to exclude specific players or groups of players from participating in any promotion at its sole discretion, including where previous bonus abuse has been identified. Players who have activated self-exclusion or cooling-off periods are not eligible to receive or claim promotional bonuses during their self-exclusion period.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

08 Sports Betting Terms

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

ji77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any sports betting wager at its sole discretion, including where odds were published in error, where the outcome of an event is already known at the time of placement, or where the stake exceeds the applicable single-event or accumulator limit. Bets are not confirmed until a bet reference number has been issued to the Player's account.

8.2 Odds and Market Suspension

All odds published on the ji77 sports betting platform are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. Ji77 may suspend betting markets at any time — including during live in-play events — where integrity concerns, event interruptions, or significant market movements occur. Suspended markets will be clearly indicated in the interface. Bets placed on a suspended market will be voided.

8.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

Where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time (BST), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account. 8.4 Cricket-Specific Rules

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ji77 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification
• Opening or operating more than one ji77 account
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your ji77 account
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with the ji77 platform in a non-human manner
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage

11 Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any ownership right, licence, or other intellectual property interest in any ji77 content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ji77 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Any reproduction, redistribution, scraping, repackaging, or commercial use of any ji77 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 Platform Availability

ji77 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to its services. 12.2 Cap on Liability

12.3 Exclusions

ji77 shall not be liable for: loss of winnings arising from technical malfunctions; indirect, consequential, or punitive losses; losses arising from a Player's failure to read applicable game rules or bonus terms; losses arising from a Player's breach of these Terms & Conditions; or losses resulting from a Player's decision to gamble beyond their means.
